About Hypnosis and You
Hypnosis is a simple yet powerful, natural state of your nervous system. By entering into a hypnotic trance with a trained professional hypnotist, your body instantly creates a natural feeling of balance. You will begin to experience an overall sense of well- being. Although Relaxation is not a prerequisite for Hypnosis, clients do report an increase in relaxation responses. Hypnosis and Relaxation procedures have many characteristics in common.
